Dark Alley Report Selector provides a job management system to automate the creation and management of jobs for the pre-purchase building and pest reports industry.

It provides an interface for the data entry of customer / subject property details, a mechanism for generating documents to be used in the report, loading photographs into documents, publication of the documents to a website with photographs for customers to have instant access to their reports once completed, and a single button to print all aspects of the report ready for binding.

Dark Alley Report Writer is a point and click windows interface used to produce building and pest reports. The inspector is able to navigate through the interface, that enables them to describe the fabric of the subject property. Within the interface, they are able to describe the condition of each building element and to make recommendations.
The software will generate a Microsoft Word document ready for the Dark Alley Report Selector to convert it to PDF for email to client and printing.
